Common questions
How long and how often should I use it?
10 minutes per session, 3–4 times a week, never more than once a day. Each mode runs for 10 minutes and then switches off on its own, so you don't need to time it.
Can I do 20 minutes, or two sessions in a row?
No. One 10-minute session a day is the routine. More time doesn't mean faster results, and it can irritate your skin.
Do I need to wear the goggles?
Yes. Wear the silicone safety goggles for every session and keep your eyes closed.
Can I use the mask while the remote is charging?
No. The charger and the mask cable use the same port at the top of the remote. Charge it first, then connect the mask.
My skin looks a little pink afterwards. Is that normal?
Light pinkness that fades within 1–2 hours is normal. If redness lasts longer, or you feel itching or burning, stop and contact us.
How do I clean and store the mask?
Turn it off and unplug it. Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Never put it in water. Store it in its travel case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Can I use it with my skincare?
Yes. Apply your serum and moisturizer after your session. On days you use the mask, skip products with photosensitizing ingredients, such as retinoids or some acids.
Not for use during pregnancy, with epilepsy, or with light-sensitizing medication. If you have a skin or medical condition, ask your doctor first. Please read the user manual that came with your mask.
